- Automatic and AFK farms are not allowed.

- Buildings on water must be built on landmasses that reach the bottom of the seafloor or are integrated into the land to look natural.
- If a platform build is discovered, Moderation will reach out and request it to be built into a landmass.
- Sky islands made by non-Build Team members are not allowed.
- You cannot pre-claim land via signs and walls.
- You may place signs and walls in proportion to tell players you plan to build there. However, it is a requirement that you understand players are still allowed to build in that area.

- You may reach out to Moderation regarding build that break our current build rules.
- Moderation will give the players who own the builds a verbal warn via a general support ticket and a one-week warning via signs on the build site itself, and then check-up to see if any progress or removals have been made. If neither have been made, Administration will step in and remove the buildings.
- You may reach out to Moderation regarding inactive builds.
- If a build has been inactive for 90 days or more, Administration may remove the inactive build without prior consultation and will rollback the area. These builds may not be taken over unless explicit OOC consent has been provided.
- Any and all builds that are considered inactive or invalid are always stored as a schematic for 30-60 days, and may be pasted back should the player return when the build has been removed in an area of their choosing for them.
- If a player build within Nation land is inactive for 30 days, the leaders and representatives of the Nation hold the right to request that Moderation unlock chests & Administration remove the build without explicit permission from the player.
- Administration will only remove floating islands, farms, and water-builds. Administration is not expected to use world edit to clean an area, however Administration may depending on the situation.
- Traps that explode are not allowed.
- Traps may only be as large as a 7x7 radius. Anything larger is not permitted.
- Breaking out of traps is permitted so long as there isn’t a feasible way to get out.
- There must be a way in and out of the trap.
- Traps are not allowed to be built into claimed land or the wilderness if they have the possibility of instantly killing someone.
- The only exception to this rule is if a trap is created specifically for a lore event. If so, the trap must be securely blocked off to prevent accidental encounters until the lore event is completed.
- Players must be able to get out of traps as easily as they may fall in them.

- You can use the full version of Xaero's Minimap as we force disable entity & cave radar on the server-side (fairplay edition has not been updated to 1.21.8).

It is important to note that we do not recommend using cosmetics with third-party clients. If you wish to customize your character, we recommend purchasing TallTalesRP cosmetics or a custom TallTalesRP cosmetic, which allows you to work with our artists to create your cosmetic and directly support the server.
- Third-party clients may be used. This includes but is not limited to Lunar Client, Badlion Client, LabyMod, Feather Client, and any other third-party clients.
- We do not moderate the usage of private messaging via third-party clients.
- If you receive an unwanted private message from another player using the same third-party client, please do not report them - simply stop using the client or block the player.
- You may not advertise 3D modeling and texturing services where the models and textures may be used as cosmetics for third-party clients, such as Figura, in any TallTalesRP public spaces—this includes Discord or in-game.
- You may privately reach out to someone who can make cosmetics privately, but people selling those services may not reach out to you privately.
- You may discuss and share screenshots of third-party clients, as well as any cosmetics you own.
